GUITAR PARTS

Side & Back Sets Wood for the back & sides of guitars is usually sold in sets of 4. Two book matched pieces for the back & two book matched pieces for the sides. We match the back to the sides in colour & grain pattern as closely as possible. These sets are used for manufacturing Guitar, Mandolins, Basses etc.,
Fingerboards Fingerboards are made in all standard sizes and also as per the special request of the customer. We manufacture fingerboards for Arch top, Steel strings, Classical, Jumbo, Dread knots, Basses, Mandolins, Violins, Cellos etc.

Head Plates & Bridges:
Head Plates add strength to the head - neck joint & it is usually preferred that they are Quarter sawn. Rosewood bridge plates are used on guitar underneath the soundboard.

Pegs

Pegs are generally used in Violins, Violas, cellos & Basses.

End Pins
End Pins are used in Violins to set the strings for sound settings on the fret boards. End pins maintains the stress of the strings.

Chin rest

Chin rest are used to maintain sound of the instrument as it supports the strings of the instrument. Chin rest are used in Violin, Violas, Basses and Cellos.

Tail Piece
Tail Piece of Violins, Violas, Cellos are used at the end of the instrument. These pieces adjust the sound of the Instrument. Tail pieces are used in Violins, Violas and Cellos.

PRODUCTS QUALITY

In accordance to the requirement of our clients, we manufacture our products inThree Categories — A, B and C. Guitar Fingerboards & Guitar bridges are derived in ail the three categories. The side & back are from only A and B grades.

Category A denotes straight grained rosewood, free from minerals, cracks and pinholes. In this category, the colour of wood is very good and usually in the darker shades.

Category B denotes slightly cross grained, free from pinholes, minerals, crack and have a slightly lighter colour.

Category C denotes cross grains, small knots, and free from cracks and pinholes. Usually has a lighter colour.
